WashQuote privacy information

WashQuote is still in development and has not been published on Google Play. This page describes the data practices the app is being built to follow. It will be reviewed, finalised and re-dated before the first public release, and updated again if the app changes.
This page explains how the WashQuote Android application is intended to handle information. It supplements the general Alviora Apps privacy page and applies to WashQuote specifically.
WashQuote is designed as an on-device calculator. The pricing inputs you enter are the working data of the app, and the app is being built so that this data stays on your device.
Information you enter
WashQuote is built around figures you type in: surface areas, production rates, labour and consumable costs, travel, margins and any presets you save.
This information is stored locally on your device so that the app can remember your settings between sessions. It is not required to be sent to us for the app to work, and the app is not being built to upload it.
Accounts
WashQuote is not being built with user accounts. There is no sign-up, no login, and no profile associated with you on our systems.
Analytics and crash reporting
No third-party analytics or advertising software is included in the app as currently built.
If crash reporting or analytics is added in a future version — for example to diagnose crashes reported by users — this page and the Google Play Data Safety declaration will be updated to describe what is collected before that version is published.
Purchases
If WashQuote offers paid features, purchases will be processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Google processes payment information under its own privacy policy and terms.
Permissions
The app requests only the Android permissions it needs for the features it offers. Where a permission is needed for an optional feature, it is requested at the point that feature is used, and declining it does not prevent the rest of the app from working.
Children
WashQuote is a business tool intended for professional and adult use. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Removing your data
Because WashQuote stores its data on your device, clearing the app data through Android settings, or uninstalling the app, removes the information it holds. If you have written to us by email and would like that correspondence deleted, contact us and we will do so where we are able.
