What we can help with

Technical problems

The app crashes, will not start, behaves incorrectly, or a calculation looks wrong.

How-to questions

You are not sure how a feature is meant to work, or what a particular number represents.

Purchases and billing

Questions about a purchase made through Google Play, including restoring a purchase.

Bug reports

Something is reproducibly broken. Steps to reproduce it are the most useful thing you can send.

Feature feedback

A change or addition that would make the app fit your work better. We read all of it.

Privacy questions

What an app stores, what it sends, or a request relating to your data.

Getting a useful answer quickly

Support is handled by the small team that builds the apps, so a clear first message usually saves a round trip. Where you can, please include:

  • the app name and, if you know it, the version number
  • your device model and Android version
  • what you were doing when the problem happened
  • what you expected to happen, and what happened instead
  • a screenshot, if the problem is visible on screen

We review support email as it arrives and reply as soon as we reasonably can. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive personal information by email — we never need them to help you.

Support by application

Every application listed below is supported through the same address. If you are writing about a specific app, naming it in the subject line helps.

  • WashQuoteA pricing and profitability calculator being developed for pressure washing and exterior cleaning professionals.

Purchases made through Google Play

Purchases and subscriptions inside our Android apps are processed by Google Play Billing. Refunds and payment method issues are handled under Google's own policies through the Google Play Store. If you are unsure whether an issue is ours or Google's, write to us and we will point you in the right direction.

Privacy requests

Questions about what an app stores or sends can be sent to the same address. See the privacy page for how we approach data across our apps.
